Neither submitted photos nor related stories will be posted on any other site, nor sold by ACS Consulting. We retain no rights to any materials that are submitted to us. They are posted on this site only as a public service and to honor the memory of Holocaust survivors

It is our policy to respect the privacy of individuals who visit the Site or provide Comments to us. Our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"), is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to the use and disclosure of your personally identifiable and other information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Maryland without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by ACS Consulting.

A portion of revenues generated by this site, as well as www.Szelhamos.com and www.shopandroll.com, in excess of 50% of gross revenues, will be donated to charitable organizations.
